Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their specific rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, with the expectation of seeing an average of 7 patients per day, focusing on modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and guide them through their rehabilitation journey.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews, contributing to the ongoing development of best practices within the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient therapy services cater to a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Active New York State Physical Therapist License.

Compensation and Benefits
