Work Environment

You will work primarily onsite in our outpatient office, which is designed to facilitate healing and promotes a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our clinic operates with a schedule that supports work-life balance, and you will typically see a manageable caseload of 6 to 7 patients per day. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive physical assessments for new and ongoing patients to establish detailed and personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and health goals.
• Implementing hands-on therapy techniques along with tailored therapeutic exercise regimens designed to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educating patients about their conditions and promoting strategies for injury prevention and long-term health maintenance, aimed at empowering them during their recovery.
• Consistently documenting patient progress, assessing outcomes, and modifying treatment plans based on feedback and clinical evaluations to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver interdisciplinary care, ensuring that patient treatment is holistic and integrative.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including post-operative rehabilitation patients, athletes recovering from sports injuries, and seniors addressing age-related mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
