Marketing/Sales- Property Management Flooring Services

Regal Commercial Services

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Generate customer leads with existing Client and new opportunities
Promote Regal products and services to existing customer base and potential new clients
Close marketing/sales by means of excellent professional service and salesmanship (The Regal Way)
Develop customer referrals of Regal Commercial Services flooring services
Work with Flooring team in preparing sales/marketing action plans and strategies
Complete daily marketing/sales schedule
Provide quality control functions as needed
Develop and maintain a customer database
Work with Flooring team in planning and conducting direct marketing opportunities
Attend scheduled marketing/sales meetings
Any and all other miscellaneous tasks necessary to accomplish above job description, as defined by management team
Property management experience a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
