Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Alabama SLI/Interpreter license or permit required
• Recognized interpreting certifications preferred (RID, EIPA, BEI, etc.)
• Previous school-based interpreting and 1:1 student support experience preferred
• Commitment to working full school schedule (no modified hours)
• Dependable attendance and strong professional ethics

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 sign language interpretation throughout the school day at Chaffee Elementary School
• Collaborate with educational staff and support team for optimal student engagement
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
