Partially Remote Medicare Grievances & Appeals Coordinator
SCAN
SCAN is seeking a GAD Coordinator to lead a team serving members with Medicare Part C and D grievances. You will ensure inquiries are addressed, maintain records, and help identify service improvements. A background in grievances and strong customer service are essential. As a part of a values-driven nonprofit, you will operate in a partially remote setting, collaborate across departments, and support SCAN's mission to improve care for older adults.
