The Deputy LPM is to assist the LPM in staying aligned on program status and performance and act as the single Point of Contact (POC) for all Global Sustainment (GS) activities for a given program. They are responsible for the overall technical, cost, schedule and quality performance of the GS activities. The LPM work is categorized into the “Design-Build-Sustain” concept. The LPM bridges program requirements with Global Sustainment capabilities to ensure resources are applied efficiently and effectively.Primary Responsibilities: • Assisting in developing Rough Order ofMagnitude (ROM) budgetary estimates, formalBasis of Estimates (BOE’s), and relatedSubcontractor Statements of Work (SOW) fornew and continuing efforts• Assisting in the planning, development, andimplementation of Integrated Master Schedules(IMS) and baseline execution plans• Liaison with GS Center of Excellence (COE)functional leads and subcontractors, and assist inthe collection, evaluation, and integration of ILSproject/product execution status• Assisting in the identification, collection, andevaluation of engineering, program, and vendorsource data necessary to support ILS productdevelopment, including coordination efforts toaddress shortfalls.• Assisting in the development and delivery ofContract Data Requirements List (CDRL) andother ILS deliveries and services• Monitoring adherence to GS and programprocesses and procedures for productdevelopment and services• Collecting metrics and preparing progressreports, briefings, and inputs to formal reviewsregarding GS efforts• Perform the functions of a Control AccountManager (CAM) for Earned Value Management(EVM)• Liaison with external customer and LMprogram management#OneLMHotJobsWHY JOIN USYour Health, Your Wealth, Your LifeAs an employee at Lockheed Martin, your health and well being are paramount. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
