Registered Nurse – Med/Surg, Rehabilitation, Geriatric PsychiatryDay Shift 7a - 7p13-week contract with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.RequirementsCurrent nursing licensure in the state requiredBasic Life Support certification requiredGraduate of an approved Nursing program preferredBasic Dysrhythmia training preferred or to be obtained prior to completion of orientationCrisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or to be obtained prior to completion of orientationResponsibilitiesRender professional nursing care to patients within assigned units of the facility.Provide comprehensive clinical documentation including care plans each shift.Communicate patient information effectively to ensure safe care through established reporting methods.Actively participate in safety initiatives and quality improvement measures to enhance patient outcomes.Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and supportive work environment.Ensure compliance with unit-specific competencies and requirements.Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
