We are currently looking for a Full Time Facility Services Assistant to join our CS Facility Services Unit 2 team located at the Facilities and Maintenance - Ardmore working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary: Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for the tribal offices, restrooms and corridors to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Responsibilities: * Cleans assigned area - Cleans and sweeps floors - Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms - May empty ash trays - Disposes of trash - May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks - Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas * Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures * Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested * Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls, maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptacles * Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces * Maintains equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks and replenish supplies and keep simple records of work performed and materials used * Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals * Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities * Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards * Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area * Performs all other duties as assigned

Skills: Essential: * Vacuum cleaner, basic equipment, knowledge carpet care * Janitorial equipment and supplies

Experience: Essential: * No prior experience required

Education: Essential: * High School, GED or Equivalent

Credentials: Essential: * Pass general background check * Standard Driver's License * Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
