Manager, US Enterprise Franchise

About the Role As the Manager for the US Enterprise Franchise Team you will lead a team of Account Managers to grow and deepen our partnerships with franchise groups and locations across the country. What You'll Do Responsible for growth against franchise‑based locations. Manage a multi‑person sales team based across the country. Develop and execute strategy across the team to hit business and team targets. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Previous experience as a sales person – selling, developing, negotiating and upselling account base Previous management experience of target‑driven sales team Excellent at building and auditing sales processes along with analyzing and articulating problems and opportunities therein Extensive track record of seller/account management coaching, developing people, and building successful teams Preferred Qualifications High EQ and natural interpersonal skills. A connector and expert communicator Ability to take initiative and easily adapt to constantly changing work environment Strong analytical capabilities An entrepreneurial mentality, passion for building things, working towards a shared goal, and ownership of outcomes Hands‑on and eagerness to coach, mentor and develop team Ability to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders outside of own team Ability to influence and recommend ideas, strategies and plans Compensation and Benefits Chicago, IL: base salary $158,000 – $175,000 per year New York, NY: base salary $175,000 – $194,000 per year San Francisco, CA: base salary $175,000 – $194,000 per year All US locations: eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, may be offered equity award, sales bonuses and other types of compensation Employee eligible for 401(k) plan Additional benefits available.
