Operations Manager

Job Description

If you have proven solid upper management skills in operations that is either in or related to the construction industry consider this position with a solid established company.

You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and improve operational practices
Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

Qualifications:

4 year degree is preferred to show initial competence and stability of work experience that has been gained.

Previous experience in operations or other related fields
Strong project management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership qualities
knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Proficient in the English language; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
