About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Product Engineering to lead the product strategy and oversee the engineering and product teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS products. This role demands a leader with a strong background in both product management and engineering, capable of translating market and customer needs into product strategy, and leading large-scale technology development. The SVP will also be tasked with modernizing legacy technology, balancing new product development with the modernization of established platforms, and establishing collaboration across various stakeholders to enhance product delivery and outcomes. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product management, software engineering, technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary organizations. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical foundation in software engineering and product development, as well as experience in modernizing mature or legacy platforms without disrupting business operations. The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience, the ability to influence strategy, and a demonstrated capacity to operate at both the strategic and technical levels.
