E-commerce Operations Executive (DTC)

Requirements
- Foreigner currently based in China (or willing to relocate)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic Chinese communication skills (daily working level)
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or DTC brand operations
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce websites
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and user experience
- Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and execution-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s official e-commerce website (Shopify or similar platforms)
- Update product listings, pricing, banners, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rate, and user experience
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution

- Oversee daily online store operations, including order management and customer journey optimization
- Analyze sales data, traffic sources, and conversion funnels
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Work closely with digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, paid ads, and affiliate strategy
- Track KPIs such as GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS, and retention rate
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve revenue and conversion
- Cross-functional Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams in China (supply chain, customer service, marketing)
- Communicate effectively in English with overseas partners and customers
- Assist in drafting PRDs for new landing pages or website feature updates
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure tasks are implemented correctly
- Track project progress and deadlines
