CNC Lathe Operator - Direct Placement

Position Summary We’ re looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ ll set up and operate CNC lathes and related equipment to produce high-quality metal and plastic components. You’ ll play a key part in ensuring precision, efficiency, and safety while contributing to a company culture built on quality, integrity, and continuous improvement. Additional duties may be assigned to support team and production goals. Key Responsibilities Set up CNC machines according to manufacturing specifications and submit first-article parts for quality approval. Load raw materials, CNC programs, and required tooling to prepare machines for production. Operate CNC equipment to produce first-article and production parts, ensuring consistent quality. Monitor machine performance through visual and auditory checks to maintain smooth operations. Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Oversee machine accessories and related equipment to ensure proper functioning during production.
