Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working within an elementary school setting, ideally with diverse learners
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with current best practices in special education
• Adaptability and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and support tailored to students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to foster inclusive learning
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and parent communication
