- Active Massachusetts Special Education licensure for the targeted grade level
- Experience working with pre-K students, preferably in ABA-based programs

- Positive attitude, adaptability, and excellent organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored lesson plans supporting IEP goals in an ABA classroom environment

- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and school staff to provide comprehensive support for each student
- Maintain accurate records, contribute to evaluations, and participate in meetings as needed
