Job Profile As a Branch Manager within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Florence, South Carolina. As a Branch Manager, you will manage priorities, drive branch performance, lead revenue and customer loyalty, build high‑performing teams, and ensure compliance. Job Description Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance. Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well‑being. Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni‑channel environment. Lead and influence the agenda of a broad range of eco‑system partners. Accountable for risk management and compliance. Build a high performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members. Lead, plan and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue through the acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth of consumer and business households, and by effectively leading eco‑system partnerships. Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities. Coach to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well‑being. Have a foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement. Lead, coach, and ensure the delivery of a differentiated client experience. Coach team to confidently engage with customers in technology‑enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice‑oriented consultation that improves client financial well‑being. Lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers. Connect all of PNC, delivering a seamless customer experience in an omni‑channel environment. Drive the employee experience. Acquire and retain talent through effective onboarding, coaching and development. Make talent development a priority for all branch team members. Ensure employees achieve performance and activity expectations through effective and ongoing performance management. Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace. Manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk. Exercise leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures. Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience are required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered. Education No Degree required. Certifications No required certification(s). Licenses Candidate background checks performed as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
