Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alex Sette - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses. Previous experience in insurance or a related field is a plus. Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.
