Employee Experience and Engagement (Learning & Development) ManagerEmployee Experience and Engagement ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our Employee Experience and Engagement team (Learning & Development) within the Human Resources department of Millennium. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in learning and development, program management or a related field who is passionate about driving employee growth and development in a fast-paced environment.As an Employee Experience and Engagement Manager at Millennium, your main responsibility is to play a key role in managing the delivery of impactful learning programs to support the development of our workforce and meet the needs of employees at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Program ManagementManage the end to end delivery of regional offerings, including planning, scheduling, logistics and evaluation for the regionCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives working closely with the local coordinatorTrack program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness, impact and identify areas for improvement.Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for learning initiativesFacilitation and DesignExperienced and highly competent at hosting and facilitating regional sessions. This includes briefing speakers, hosting a program and being able to facilitate and conduct learning workshops for large groupsProficiency in designing workshopsAble to localize and maintain learning content and materials to ensure relevance for the region while maintaining global standardsStakeholder CollaborationBuild strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business goalsAct as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on learning opportunities and career developmentSupport and advise department leaders within the region where applicableMeasurement and AnalysisUtilize our Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage course registrations, track attendance and report on program outcomesLeverage data and analytics to assess the impact of learning programs and recommend improvements.Support the team on general administrative tasksQualifications/Skills RequiredBachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field of experienceSelf-directed, solution orientated and organized problem solver with a desire to contribute to Millennium’s reputation and successOutstanding oral and written communication skills, stakeholder management, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levelsStrong program management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills working collaboratively across a global team of colleaguesMillennium is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
