About the Role
We're looking for an E-Commerce & CRM Manager to join our growing Digital Commerce team. This role combines CRM strategy, retention marketing, and E-Commerce management , supporting both MCoBeauty and Nude by Nature to drive customer growth, loyalty, and online revenue performance.
You'll own the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across both brands, while leading the day-to-day E-Commerce operations for Nude by Nature. You'll turn customer insights into highly personalised experiences that increase retention, maximise customer lifetime value, and deliver a seamless, conversion-focused online shopping journey.
This role is expected to be in person in our NYC office (Hybrid) based in Rockefeller Plaza.
What You'll Do
- Lead the CRM and retention marketing strategy across MCoBeauty and Nude by Nature, including customer journeys, segmentation, automation, and loyalty initiatives.
- Own and manage the CRM calendar, delivering campaigns aligned to product launches, promotions, and customer engagement objectives.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value through data-driven lifecycle marketing.
- Manage the day-to-day E-Commerce operations for Nude by Nature, including site merchandising, promotions, content updates, and trading execution.
- Monitor and optimise CRM and E-Commerce performance through reporting, analytics, A/B testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage campaign and site execution within Klaviyo and Shopify, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience across both brands.
What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, E-Commerce, or related digital commerce roles.
- Proven success driving customer retention, repeat purchase behaviour, customer lifetime value, and CRM revenue growth.
- Strong hands-on experience with customer segmentation, automation, lifecycle marketing, and personalised customer journeys.
- Experience managing E-Commerce site operations, merchandising, trading calendars, and online customer experiences.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations. xhyhwjd
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify , with strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management capabilities.
