Job TitleOur ideal candidate is an independent achiever. This primarily consists of processing invoices, printing checks, tracking lien releases and maintaining open communication with vendors regarding their payments. This candidate is deadline-driven and exhibits strong multitasking abilities. He or she must be a team player.Essential DutiesProfile Invoices in Document LocatorReview Duplicate/Declined/Issues Invoices in Document LocatorReview Invoices that haven's been approvedMaintain Preliminary Notices from SubcontractorsMatch PO's to Invoices and manually enter PO InvoicesWork with Vendors and Purchasing on problemsGenerate Auto Pay paymentsProcess Manual and Auto Pay PaymentsSend Notices to Subcontractors to obtain Conditional and Unconditional Lien ReleasesMatch Lien Releases with paymentsManage AP cutoff days for division projectsCheck runs for assigned divisionsEducation and Additional RequirementsModerate excel experienceIdeally 2-3 years AP experience in the construction industryAbility to work in face pace environmentProblem solving skillsTeam PlayerAble to meet deadlinesNewstar experience a plusWhy Work for Trumark?Collaborate with a team that values you!
