This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to break into or grow within the manufacturing industry, earn competitive pay, and work as part of a supportive, high-performing team!Shift:Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-Hour Shifts)Rotating Schedule: 2 Days On, 2 Days Off - Alternating Weekends Off Week 1: Sun (Off), Mon–Tues (On), Wed–Thurs (Off), Fri–Sat (On) = 48 HoursWeek 2: Sun (On), Mon–Tues (Off), Wed–Thurs (On), Fri–Sat (Off) = 36 HoursPay: $45.00 - $47.00 ($2 shift differential) Quarterly Bonus EligibleKey Responsibilities:Perform regular and specialized work to repair, maintain, and update instruments, control systems, and process control networks used in manufacturing.Inspect, repair, and adjust equipment such as: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)Other related systems (using tools like electrical test equipment, diagrams, and blueprints)Install or replace instruments such as: Flow sensorsTemperature sensorsPressure sensorsOther similar devices (this may include setting up or programming the devices)Install or replace control systems when they stop working, and monitor systems to quickly find and fix problems.Install or replace systems such as: PLCsHMIsVariable Frequency Drives (VFDs)Servo drivesHelp improve control systems by: Enhancing process performanceManaging alarmsImproving operator interfacesSupport new system installations by working with outside contractors to: Ensure programs and updates are properly handed overEnsure training is completedHelp connect and integrate all control system components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, etc.).Qualifications:High School diploma or GED requiredMinimum of three (3) years maintenance experience in Industrial Control System development and troubleshooting.Must have proven experience with the following PLCs: Allen Bradley Micrologix or Micro800, CompactLogix & ControlLogix and Siemens Step 7 PLCs.Must have proven experience with the following HMI or SCADA programming and configuration.Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens VFDs and Servo Drives.Must have proven experience with EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet, ProfiBus, and ASi Industrial Networks.Strong PLC skills with expertise in system administrative and maintenance activities, and hardware and software troubleshooting.Experience programming in multiple languages that are IEC 61131-3 compliant, such as ladder diagram, function block diagram, structured text, instruction list and/or sequential function chart.Proficient in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication, including reading and writing.Food Safety Requirements:Report any issues that may impact product quality or food safetyPerform all duties in accordance with company, customer, and regulatory standardsTake action to prevent food safety or quality issuesIdentify and document concerns related to materials, processes, or systemsStop or control processing or use of nonconforming product until resolvedPhysical Requirements:Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying up to 60 pounds, with team lifting required for items over 100 pounds.Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping include pushing and pulling materials such as pallets and pipe fittings.Squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, turning under equipment and connecting or serving equipment.Climbing, balancing, reaching of stairs or ladders is required.Hand use and dexterity for operating equipment, connecting fittings, and performing cleaning duties.Work conditions may include exposure to ambient and elevated temperatures (up to approximately 110 F) due to equipment operation and sanitation processes.Employee Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision coverageSupplemental insurance optionsEligible Quarterly BonusPaid time offPaid parental leave and adoption assistanceFamily care and support resources401(k) with employer matchWellness reimbursement programsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company-paid life insurance and short-term disabilityHealth Savings Account (HSA) contributions (if eligible)Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistanceLearning and development opportunitiesEmployee recognition programs and additional perks
