This is an exciting opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a collaborative and hands-on environment where innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence are valued every day.By joining Arxada, you will be part of a team that drives performance, embraces challenges with resilience, and continuously goes beyond to deliver impactful solutions.Essential Job Functions:Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentationSupport ongoing operations by diagnosing equipment issues and implementing timely corrective actionsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on control systems and electrical equipmentCollaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance and reliabilityAssist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new control systems and equipmentInterpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirementsQualifications & Experience:5–10 years of experience in controls, electrical, or instrumentation roles in an industrial environmentField of study in Electrical, Controls, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline (no degree required)Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley or similar systems)Strong knowledge of electrical systems, sensors, drives, and process instrumentationAbility to analyze problems, think critically, and implement effective solutionsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearlyCompensation & Benefits:The expected hourly salary range for this role is $31 to $40, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
