General Manager

Compensation: $105,000 - $120,000 plus benefits and bonuses

 

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and knows how to balance exceptional guest experiences with strong operational and financial performance.

 

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and daily execution. Success requires a visible, engaged leader who can build a positive team culture, maintain high operational standards, and consistently deliver memorable dining experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house performance to ensure exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members while building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture.
• Manage restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, food costs, budgeting, inventory, and profitability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, planning, and daily operational decision-making to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, engage with guests, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain consistent food quality, preparation standards, and kitchen execution.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for operational and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, strengthen guest satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across all restaurant departments.

 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, including General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven success leading restaurant operations, developing management teams, and delivering strong financial results.
• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, budgeting, labor, food costs, inventory, and expense control.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and retain high-performing restaurant teams.
• Strong commitment to hospitality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Confident, visible leadership style with the ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with restaurant POS, scheduling, inventory, and other operational management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
