What You'll Do As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting office operations and ensuring exceptional service for both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls in a professional manner Providing accurate and helpful information in person, over the phone, and via email Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities Performing clerical and receptionist duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing Maintaining and updating office records, expenses, and cost tracking documentation Providing accurate data entry support for multiple departments Assisting with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) functions, invoicing, and cost tracking Supporting a positive office environment through teamwork and strong communication What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar role Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (required) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude Why Join Redi Services?
