Customer Service Representative We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a high level of service throughout the delivery process. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and business partners via phone and email. Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly. Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues. Monitor delivery route progress. Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps. Process delivery order changes and cancellations. Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and drivers. Maintain service quality while managing multiple priorities. Required Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency REQUIRED. Microsoft Outlook proficiency REQUIRED. Experience with Microsoft Office, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center/customer service environment. Experience working with delivery, transportation, logistics, or driver-facing operations is a plus. Strong ability to maintain customer satisfaction while resolving issues.
