This role involves participating in a 1:3 call rotation providing coverage for cardiothoracic surgery services. Job Responsibilities - Perform a range of cardiothoracic surgeries including valvular repair and aneurysm repair.- Participate in a 1:3 call rotation.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.- Use facility-provided secure paging service for communication during shifts.

Qualifications - Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery- Active medical license or eligibility for IMLC- DEA certification- Special skills in open and on-pump cardiac surgeries

Working Hours - Call shifts from Thursday 7:00 AM MST to Monday 7:00 AM MST- 1:3 call rotation ongoing

Skills - General CV/thoracic surgery- Cardiac/Thoracic skills with preference for general and open procedures- Required skills in valvular repair, valvular replacement, aneurysm repair, and insertion of central and arterial lines- Proficiency in evaluating and managing acute volume/BP issues
