Application Analyst

Abbott seeks an Application Analyst to support business systems design, configuration, and upgrades for cancer diagnostics platforms. The role involves identifying and resolving application issues, performing impact analysis on changes, and serving as a primary support contact for end-users in a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement upgrades for assigned business systems
• Assess impact of requested changes and perform testing of system modifications
• Identify and resolve application issues affecting end-users and cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain technical and system documentation
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for end-users via issue tracking systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
• 3+ years developing or configuring technology solutions in analyst or project delivery role
• Demonstrated understanding of industry best practices
• Strong computer skills including internet navigation and email
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
• Epic certifications preferred (Cheers, MyChart, Care Everywhere)
