Accounts Payable ClerkEssential Duties and Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Clerk:The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure accurate and timely vendor setup and processing of accounts payableThe Accounts Payable Clerk will enter accounts payable data, reconcile vendor statements, and prepare checks for approval and paymentCollaborate with the Accounting Manager to support the accurate and timely preparation of financial statementsThe Accounts Payable Clerk will analyze, reconcile, and balance the general ledgerMaintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for accounting recordsWork closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure completion of all accounting-related tasksEducation and Experience Requirements of Accounts Payable Clerk:Associate degree in Accounting or a related field preferredFull-cycle, high-volume accounts payable experience is a strong assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, vendors, and employeesStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting tasks on short noticeDemonstrated analytical skills and attention to detailThis position is 100% onsite. The salary range is $52,000 to $57,000 DOE.
