We're seeking a strong, hands-on Kitchen Manager who takes pride in leading teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering consistent, quality food in a fast-paced environment.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage all back-of-house operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met every shift
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Control food cost, waste, and inventory
- Manage ordering, receiving, and proper storage procedures
- Coach, train, and develop kitchen team members
- Build morale and maintain a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
- Ensure ticket times and execution meet company expectations
- Work closely with the front-of-house management team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Drive profit-minded kitchen operations while maintaining quality
You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the pace, maintains standards, and develops a strong, dependable team.

- Restaurant management experience preferred (but not required)
