CA Department of Tax and Fee Administration Information Technology Supervisor II – IT Field Support Supervisor Salary: $8,504.00 – $11,395.00 per month (minimum salary for new to state candidates applies). Responsibilities Supervise IT field support staff located in Northern California, Houston, Chicago, and New York. Plan, organize, and direct daily workflow to ensure workload completion. Identify, document, and monitor defined service levels and performance management standards. Ensure compliance with project management standards and develop scope of work. Participate in vendor/product solution evaluation and selection. Travel up to 25% of the time as required. Qualifications Meet the Minimum Qualifications as described in the Classification Specification for the Information Technology Supervisor II position. Desirable: Background in IT support. Travel up to 25% of the time. Required to be fingerprinted, pass a background investigation, and participate in E-Verify. Benefits and Working Conditions Partial telework may be available; schedules require on‑site presence a minimum number of days per week. Standard office environment in a high‑rise building. Daily use of a personal computer, office equipment, and/or telephone.
