Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

General Duties & Responsibilities:

Following up customer applications and approvals with lenders and finance companies
Ensuring timely payments on new lending submissions (typically received within 10 days of submission)
Applying installment plan payments
Recording financed unit returns
Frequent communications with lenders and financing company
Ensuring timely payments from retail customers and applying payments
Process customer credits and rebates
Maintaining and issuing customer statements
Checking vehicle registrations
Frequent communications with retail customers
Credit and Collections
Perform various duties as assigned

Education & Work Experience:

Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent
College degree preferred but not required
Basic accounting courses preferred
Experience in manufacturing environment
Computer experience in A/R and ERP Software
