We don't just restore properties—we restore confidence.What You'll DoCoordinate schedules for Project Managers, crews, and subcontractorsSchedule materials, deliveries, inspections, and job timelinesCommunicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance companiesAssist Project Managers with daily operations and project organizationTrack project progress and maintain accurate job documentationCoordinate collections and customer follow-upAnswer incoming calls professionally and provide exceptional customer servicePrioritize multiple projects while keeping every detail organizedSolve scheduling conflicts and adapt quickly as priorities changeWhat We're Looking ForExperience in restoration, construction, project coordination, office management, or a similar fast-paced roleOutstanding organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesConfidence working with subcontractors, vendors, and insurance professionalsExcellent computer skills and attention to detailAbility to stay positive, focused, and effective under pressureRestoration or construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
