General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Following up customer applications and approvals with lenders and finance companies
- Ensuring timely payments on new lending submissions (typically received within 10 days of submission)
- Applying installment plan payments
- Recording financed unit returns
- Frequent communications with lenders and financing company
- Ensuring timely payments from retail customers and applying payments
- Process customer credits and rebates
- Maintaining and issuing customer statements
- Checking vehicle registrations
- Frequent communications with retail customers
- Credit and Collections
- Perform various duties as assigned
Education & Work Experience:
- Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent
- College degree preferred but not required
- Basic accounting courses preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Computer experience in A/R and ERP Software
