If so, Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to become an essential part of our growing team. This isn't a traditional collections position. You'll work alongside our Project Managers, Office Manager, customers, insurance professionals, and leadership team to ensure estimates, invoices, documentation, collections, and payments move efficiently from project completion to payment. We're looking for someone who doesn't simply fit our culture but helps strengthen it.What You'll DoReview estimates, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracyAssist Project Managers with billing, invoicing, and project closeoutFollow up with insurance adjusters, agents, customers, mortgage companies, and commercial clients regarding outstanding invoicesMonitor Accounts Receivable aging and proactively resolve unpaid balancesCommunicate professionally regarding payment status, documentation, and billing questionsWork within Xactimate and other company software to review estimates and invoicesCoordinate with Project Managers to resolve discrepancies before invoices are submittedTrack collections, payment status, and customer communicationsMaintain organized digital files and accurate documentationHelp improve cash flow by ensuring payments are collected accurately and efficientlyWhat We're Looking ForExperience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Construction Administration, Restoration, Insurance Claims, or Office ManagementStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional phone and email communicationConfidence speaking with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and Project ManagersAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning new software and technologyExperience with Xactimate, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or CRM software is a plusConstruction, restoration, or insurance experience is highly preferred—but we'll train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
