Community Manager

The Community Engagement Manager supports Aramark’s clients with community engagement and promotions. Job Responsibilities Conduct marketing research and data collection including focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, and competitive pricing analysis. Develop strategic marketing plans, new strategies, and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Support sales by developing and executing annual campaigns, providing oral and written presentations to various target groups, and supporting Business Development with RFP responses, sales presentations, and Client Business Reviews. Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing. Build relationships with clients, department heads, subgroups, and community groups. Qualifications At least 3 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing. Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment of program implementation. Proactive, assertive, and creative thinking, with strategic insight. Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction. Efficient use of social media and MS Office products. Valid driver’s license and vehicle. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000.00 to $88,000.00.
