Remote Account Manager

Our client, a trusted leader in aerospace and industrial solutions, is looking to hire a Junior Account Manager in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities for this position include addressing issues related to rejected items, stock shortages, lead time, and other customer order-related matters in coordination with vendors and staff. Previous experience in the aerospace brokering, MRO, or trading industry is preferred. The Day-to-Day: Receive and coordinate daily tasks from the department sales manager, including customer RFQs and follow-up requests. Source RFQ line items using various company tools, including database history, ILS, PartsBase, among others. Delegate work and coordinate cross-functional assignments with procurement, expeditors, and sales coordinators Generate and issue customer quotes by the end of each day using the companys ERP software Lead the department in the absence of the sales manager Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Bachelors degree with emphasis in Business or 3-4 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel Basic math skills, including percentages, margins, and markups Pay Rate: $25.00 /hr Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Equal Opportunity Employment Lyneer Staffing Solutions is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
