About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational success of the organization. The successful candidate will be a high-agency, low-ego individual with a strong background in high-performance operating environments, particularly in the context of a high-growth start-up. This role is at the forefront of the company's mission, requiring a deep commitment to the product and a proactive approach to driving execution across various functions. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, special projects, executive leverage, board and investor relations, AI enablement, business operations, finance, and revenue support. The Chief of Staff will be the linchpin for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring that company priorities are translated into action and that the organization is moving forward with clarity and discipline. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 4-7+ years of experience in demanding environments such as strategy, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar fields. Strong analytical skills, exceptional written and visual communication, and deep hands-on AI fluency are essential. The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker, with executive judgment, and a mission-oriented approach. Healthcare experience, particularly in health insurance, benefits, payer/provider technology, digital health, or healthcare services, is strongly preferred. The role demands a high level of discretion, the ability to handle sensitive information, and a commitment to reinforcing a high-trust, high-accountability operating culture as the company scales.
