CNC Lathe Machine Operator 1st Shift

We're looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll work primarily with Haas and OKUMA machines in a job shop environment where quality always comes first.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision machining and wants to be part of a clean, organized, and team-oriented shop.

Required:

• Experience operating CNC lathes in a production or job shop setting
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of CNC setup, tooling, and machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr. Paid vacation time, paid holidays + 2 floating referral bonus, 401k + company match (Durex Industries will match 50% of the employee's first 6% (max 3% company match). We also contribute a 2.5% discretionary contribution based on the employee's base salary.) Health insurance - BCBS vision insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance $500 HSA contribution, life insurance, bereavement pay, 16 weeks for MAT/PAT leave, tuition reimbursement, safety shoes & safety glasses reimbursement (when perm).
