Role Overview This role will be responsible for the design and development of a diverse set of learning materials to support our Retail Banking Teams including Branch and Café Ambassadors and Small Business Associates. This individual will partner closely with key business partners to translate business intent into engaging learning materials, with a focus (though not exclusively) on digital‑first learning methods. They will analyze learning needs, design and develop blended learning solutions from raw materials, and measure and report on learning effectiveness. Responsibilities include scripting videos, storyboarding e‑Learning courses, structuring simulations, creating digital games, and more. As a principle learning designer, you will partner with SMEs, Project Managers, Facilitators, Learning Consultants, and other Learning Experience Designers to design, develop, implement, scale, and continuously improve key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Partner with Principal Learning Consultants to own the design for specific programs and stand‑alone offerings that support learning & performance needs of associates in Branch, Cafés, and Small Business Banking. Complement the needs analysis process by identifying additional context that supports successful transfer of skills to the job. Increase the effectiveness of learning solutions by recommending formats/modalities that create an optimal learning experience and demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles. Work with SMEs to design and develop curriculum, programs, and learning materials across self‑study, classroom, e‑Learning, etc., based on industry design standards for given modalities (traditional, web, mobile). Demonstrate aptitude for and agility with new learning technologies. Engage with project team members to clarify goals; conduct ongoing reviews to ensure outcomes meet client needs. Collaborate with other Instructional Designers and Learning Consultants on the A‑DDIE process as appropriate. Create evidence‑based assessments and evaluation methods. Assume personal responsibility for projects and follow through to completion with minimal supervision. Ideal Candidate Expertise in adult learning theory, cognitive science, and related evidence‑based fields. Strong passion for staying current with the latest research developments. Experience designing best learning experiences that balance business needs and constraints. Proficiency with course authoring tools and ability to balance quality and efficiency. Experience creating engaging learning experiences that delight and engage learners. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification. At least 4 years of experience in Instructional Design. At least 4 years of experience with learning content development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Design Suite, Camtasia). Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of Training Design and Development for digital modalities.

This role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
