You're a merchandising and operational innovator: You execute and innovate daily operational procedures, support the team in maintaining visual standards, and ensure the store is always an organized and inviting environment for the customer. Base Pay Range: $13.84 - $20.81 Starting Pay: $15.00 USD Vera Bradley's compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
