Job Responsibilities Design and build cloud-native services with a strong emphasis on resilience, fault tolerance, and observability. Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver a reliable, scalable service with high quality. Ensure alignment with the technical design and the overall technology roadmap while adopting best practices effectively and independently. Respond to and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud service development. Strong development experience in Java, C++, C#, or similar object‑oriented languages. Prior experience with API and microservices is highly desirable. Experience with AWS/K8s and Kotlin a plus. Pay Transparency Disclosure Pay Range (Base Pay): $165,000 - $248,000 Other Types of Pay: Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of equity and short‑term incentives of either bonus or commission. Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan Paid Time Off: Talkdesk offers an uncapped paid time off program, subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.
