Title: Centralized Leasing & Application Specialist
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

Location: Vancouver, WA

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer service with deadline-driven administrative work? TMG is looking for a Centralized Leasing & Application Specialist to help prospective residents navigate the leasing process from initial inquiry through application processing. This is not a traditional onsite leasing position. You’ll work from our centralized office, supporting prospects and applicants across our portfolio while managing multiple applications, guest cards, emails, and phone conversations throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently, with a goal of completing applications within two business days
• Review applicant information and follow up on missing documentation
• Communicate with prospects and applicants by phone, email, text, and in person
• Manage multiple active applications while keeping tasks and follow-ups organized
• Respond to guest cards and help prospects identify homes that meet their needs
• Support incoming customer calls and provide professional, responsive service
• Maintain accurate records and keep prospects informed throughout the leasing process

• Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous leasing, property management, housing, or application-processing experience preferred
