I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I built my career in logistics and sales. As an external hire to the industry, I brought a fresh perspective, strong business experience, and a passion for building relationships and helping people succeed. I attended Indiana University and come from a family business background, which taught me the value of hard work, accountability, and taking care of both customers and employees. Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Craig Mathews - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
