Job Overview Insight Global is seeking a Material Logistics Coordinator to join a fast‑growing team in the underground construction space. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Required Skills and Qualifications Must‑Haves 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or logistics Construction industry background (underground preferred, open to above‑ground) Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Strong communicator (phone, email, and cross‑functional collaboration) Detail‑oriented with experience reviewing quotes, budgets, or financials Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 Problem‑solving mindset with ability to adapt in real‑time Comfortable working in a hybrid role (admin‑heavy with some warehouse exposure) Experience working with Oracle Fusion or other purchasing/ERP system experience Plusses Finance/accounting exposure (budgets, cost tracking, POs) Power/telecom experience (fiber knowledge is a plus) Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Coordinate and track material orders for large‑scale construction projects Manage purchase orders and financial documentation within internal systems Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting Support logistics between field teams, vendors, and warehouse operations Answer inbound calls and handle day‑to‑day requests/issues Assist with warehouse coordination (inventory, shipments, materials flow) Review quotes and ensure alignment with project budgets Communicate across teams and time zones to ensure project efficiency Identify issues quickly and proactively work toward solutions Collaborate closely with a highly communicative team #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
