• Own the numbers - manage budgets, inventory, scheduling, and all the fun operations stuff

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellence from open to close

• 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred)

• A track record of building strong teams & mentoring future leaders
