What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement ABA plans that create measurable impact. Conduct assessments and track progress to guide client outcomes. Lead and mentor behavior technicians with coaching and expertise. Partner with families to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust. Hybrid caseload: blend of in‑clinic and remote work. Stay current with latest ABA research and best practices. Requirements Active BCBA and Arizona LBA certification. Strong communication and coaching skills. Passion for compassionate care and delivering high‑quality services. Adaptability to thrive in both clinic and remote environments. Benefits Schedule: Monday‑through‑Friday, no nights or weekends, with up to 2 WFH days per week. Base salary: $90,000–$110,000, plus additional monthly bonus opportunities. Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified LBAs (available for a limited time). Student‑loan repayment in new incentive package. Monthly performance bonuses with clear benchmarks, up to $2,600 per month ($31,200 annually). 15–20 days PTO, plus 8 company holidays and flex days. Annual CEU stipend of $1,000, plus free in‑house CEUs and mentorship. 401(k) with company match. Employee referral bonuses. Clear leadership pathways.
