About the Role:

The Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces within the real estate and rental properties. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that landscapes are well-kept, safe, and inviting for residents and visitors alike. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting, while also adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting flowers and shrubs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter.
• Follow oral and written instructions to execute maintenance schedules and special projects.
• Utilize ladders safely for tasks such as tree trimming and building maintenance.
• Monitor the health of plants and lawns, applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
