Job Location: New York City, NY / Montreal, CAThe resource will have a strong background in user experience design with expertise in conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional user centric solutions.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviorsTranslate user insights into actionable design solutions that meet business objectivesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactionsCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritiesIterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirementsStay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX designAdvocate for the user throughout the design process ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experienceCommunicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team membersMinimum of 8 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your workStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teamsProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and GenAI featuresThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $100,000 to $130,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
