Senior UX/UI Designer
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for a Learning HUB/LMS platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Learner and Admin users.
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Define user journeys, navigation flows, and interaction patterns.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
- Support UI improvements during development and testing.
- Ensure strong usability, accessibility, and responsive design across the application.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the final product matches the approved designs.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
- Strong experience with wireframing, mockups, and prototyping.
- Experience designing web-based applications or LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of user journeys, navigation, and interaction design.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
- Experience supporting UI design through development, testing, and implementation.
- Experience with modern UX/UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
