Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team focused on people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, exterior areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions related to facilities, equipment, and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in accordance with site policies, helping to support orderly operations and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Support security-related operations in areas such as data halls, office space, parking areas, and common areas while following post instructions, escalation procedures, and client-facing service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
